Good:
- No rust except one small spot on rear quarter.
- Bottom of doors and body has no rust.
- Starts, runs, and shifts well, makes boost fine.
- Doesn't smoke or burn lots of oil.
- All Shelby items intact except dash plaque and Centurions. (steering wheel, trunk lid medallion, radiator support plaque, dash 'Shelby' tag, Shelby valve cover, and Shelby boost guage).
- Factory cassette radio works.
- Good newer black paint.

Bad:
- Some small dings in metal window/door trim, one large dent in drivers front fender.
- One rust hole in drivers rear quarter panel.
- Shocks and motor mounts should be replaced.
- Clutch does not slip but might be getting weak.
- Heat doesn't work well, needs to be flushed.
- A/C doesn't work.
